Natick Collection

In March 2010, SDG was awarded a contract with General Growth Properties, to review zoning compliance and permitting documentation in order to facilitate obtaining building permits associated with retail expansion with in the Natick Collection for the Forever 21 store. Additionally, SDG worked with GGP and the Town of Natick to request the release of construction completion bonds from the large scale expansion project completed in 2007. SDG staff are proud to continue there long standing working relationship with GGP.
