Strategic Planning

SDG is proud to work with our clients as part of the project team to develop the project Planning and Permitting Strategy to best fit the client's schedule. With experience permitting projects ranging from 3 million square foot mixed use redevelopment projects requiring Local, State and Federal permitting to smaller scale projects involving single lot developments requiring local permitting, SDG can work with projects of any size.
