Structure
Features
Suction power is maintained over long periods, even under conditions where clogging can easily occur, such as suctioning highly adhesive fumes generated in laser marking processes.
1. Primary filter
The multi-select type offers six different combinations per machine model. (Utility model registration pending)

2. Easily removable flange
The intake port flange size can be changed in one simple operation.
3. Secondary filter
Protects electronic parts from dust.
4. Blower
Automatically increases blower suction pressure in response to primary filter load. This helps maintain performance despite increased clogging.
5. Active carbon cassette
Cassette-type odor absorber. Can be easily replaced.
6. Exhaust filter
Equipped with a HEPA filter as standard. Compatible with class 100,000 to 10,000 clean rooms. Has collection efficiency of 0.3 μ 99.97% or more.
